"The phenomenon of selling ministerial and government posts is limited to certain politicians," said the politician and former deputy prime minister Salam al-Zobaie.
Al-Zobaie told the {Euphrates News}, "Unfortunately the sale of positions confined to the Sunni political component of the other components of the Shiite and Kurdish, because who is the political scene in this component of the owners of files and most of them have a history of Musharraf and took positions very important."
"The sale of positions is a real phenomenon and is known by the far-off and in the broad daylight, which is rampant, including the Ministry of Defense," he said, adding that "the Sunni political component has led its people and communities to hand it over to Daish, its occupation and displacement."
"Everyone knows of this sale in millions of dollars and they fought for positions, including a squad leader, a regiment commander, a customs director, a tax manager, a general manager and many more," Zobaie said.
"The Sunni political component is viewed by the Ministry of Defense as a trade deal and the ministry will decide who will pay more and who is led by a person who does not oppose the opinion of its component," he said.
He stressed Zobaie "must be looking for an alternative to Adel Abdul Mahdi, who drowned in this corrupt political system did not benefit from the support of the Supreme Reference and the people," he said.
He pointed out that "the political system in Iraq after 2003 failed to present a political project based on citizenship and efficiency and the division of the country on the basis of Sunni, Shiite and Kurdish."
"The American occupation is one of the foundations for a sectarian political project based on quotas," he said, pointing out that "Abdul Mahdi is suffocated in courtesy of the shameful start in the formation of the government, even if he had a work team suited to the size of the challenges there was hope, but this does not have now" .
