    [rtl]The governors of the central banks of Iran and Iraq concluded an agreement regulating the mechanism of payment between them.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The Iranian media, followed by "NAS" on Monday (February 11, 2019) that "the Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq" on the links, "stressed that this meeting continuation of the financial agreements between Baghdad and Tehran, and represents a platform to promote bilateral economic cooperation," noting that " Iraq will do its utmost to overcome obstacles to economic cooperation between the two countries.     [rtl]According to the agreement, the debts resulting from the export of gas and electricity to Iraq will be paid on the basis of how to pay the Central Bank of Iran and will use the proceeds of exports coming within the same framework, and in this meeting, which took 4 hours to agree on how to transfer the currencies of Iranian private sector exporters.[/rtl]
    [rtl]For his part, the Governor of the Central Bank of Iran Abdul Nasser Hamati said that "Baghdad is Tehran's largest trading partner and banking relations are necessary for the continuation of these relations between the two countries."[/rtl]
    [rtl]"The Iranian central has reached an appropriate financial means to exchange with Russia, Turkey, India, China and other countries," he said, adding that "appropriate results will be reached through cooperation with the Iraqi government and rapid follow-up of economic relations and the creation of a financial channel."[/rtl]
