    Information/Baghdad...
Economic affairs researcher Saeed Al-Badri said that the Aqaba pipeline represents a reward for America, its companies and the countries associated with it.
Al-Badri told Al-Maalouma, “The Iraqi oil pipeline towards Aqaba will be a reward for America and the Zionist entity, at a time when Iraq does not need a new export outlet to support its economy in light of the presence of many outlets towards the Gulf, Turkish lands and other countries.”
He added, "The government can find new outlets and conclude economic agreements with other countries that guarantee the interests of the Iraqi people, in addition to the possibility of thinking about the strategic line linking to the Saudi port of Yanbu, on which it spent a lot of money."
He explained that "the talk is about establishing the Aqaba pipeline as if it were the pipeline that would save Iraq and would transform the economy into a qualitative leap," pointing out the importance of "the government being frank with the people and staying away from such a suspicious deal that is intended to be implemented through the pipeline, which will provide benefit and advantage to American companies that support other countries."
