    The Federal Supreme Court decided on Thursday to postpone the consideration of the appeal against the unconstitutionality of extracting the Kurdistan region oil from the region and export it directly to the seventh of next month.

    Al-Samok added that "the Undersecretary of the Minister of Oil, in addition to his job, submitted to his list the signature of his client personally in implementation of the decision of the Federal Supreme Court in the previous session, but did not include the required answers, especially the interpretation of Article (10) of the federal budget law for the current year, The Kurdistan region, which allowed the region to export 300,000 barrels of oil of the region and 250 thousand of oil Kirkuk province. "
    Samok added that "the court asked the prosecutor's agent also to clarify the existence of a new draft law on oil and gas is currently working on legislation," adding that "the Undersecretary of the plaintiff Minister of Natural Resources / in addition to his job, submitted an unsigned list of his client, Iraq, and will sign it upon his return. "
    He pointed out that "the people of the third people and the Prime Minister of the Federal Minister and the Prime Minister in the Kurdistan region, in addition to their function, did not submit their list, where their agents said that the two lists are still under deliberation, and asked them for the purpose of submitting the list," asserting that " "In addition to his job, he presented his list with the signature of the minister, and included the call to comply with the federal budget laws on the issue of oil, and also requested to save the case until the legislation of the law of oil and gas.
    The Samok said that "the Federal Supreme Court decided to give the parties to provide the answers from their clients personally, which must include full answers to the full queries to be submitted at an appropriate date before the date of the next hearing, which was set on the seventh of next May."Ending / 25
