    A coalition of state law Abdul Salam al-Maliki on Tuesday, said that what the government of Iraq's Kurdistan and disposal of oil without reference to the federal government contradicts the Constitution.
    Maliki in an interview with "direction Press," said the clear and explicit terms of the Constitution with regard to Article 111 and 112, which states that the process of producing and exporting oil centralized by the federal government administration.

    Revealed the Ministry of Natural Resources in the Kurdistan Regional Government, to display the sale of oil fields to Turkey was aimed at resolving the debt problem of the region, in addition to being a step in order to maintain the economic interests of the province.
