Direct: The Iraqi Council of Ministers directed the Minister of Foreign Affairs to sign memorandums of understanding for mutual exemption from entry visas for diplomatic, service and private passport holders.
According to a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Council of Ministers authorized Minister of Foreign Affairs Muhammad Ali al-Hakim to sign MoUs with Oman, Qatar and Indonesia .
The Council unanimously approved the recommendation of the State Department to open a Consulate General in Texas; to provide consular services to more than 100 thousand of the Iraqi community .
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, that this comes within the framework of diplomatic activity open to the world, and the balanced policy adopted by Iraq on the issues of the region and the world, in addition to Iraq's active and influential participation in international forums .
