[size=18]Diwaniya Governor Zuhair Al-Shaalan affirmed on Tuesday that if the Chinese loan goes through properly, its impact on the province will be reflected, while he pointed out that four sectors in the province need to work seriously.

Al-Shaalan said in an interview with Alsumaria News, that "Diwaniya does not need huge financial sums, as much as it needs sums according to the province's need and comes in a single deal that retrieves the province and its areas of commercial, industrial and other services."

He added that "the Chinese loan (the China-Iraq agreement), if it goes in the right way, will affect its impact on the province," noting that "the cabinet meeting today discussed the most important projects that will be presented to start implementation with them."

Al-Shaalan said, "There are other meetings with the Council of Ministers, and the full need will be prepared for Al-Diwaniyah Governorate, and we will give them to them to come and implement in the province."

He pointed out that "the province has four projects, which are the health, residential, industrial and agricultural sectors, and most importantly, they need to work intensively."

Al-Shaalan stressed: "If we revive the agricultural areas, we will return the people to agriculture and there will be a reverse migration from the cities to the villages."
