The head of the Turkmen National Bloc, Mukhtar al-Moussawi, affirmed on Monday that Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi planned to complete his ministerial cabinet before Eid Al-Fitr and submit it to parliament for a vote, noting that Al-Kazemi promised to represent the Turkmen in obtaining one of the remaining ministerial portfolios.
