[size=45]Committee rapporteur, Ahmed Al-Saffar, told the official agency: “The difference between the current oil price and the planned price in the budget, which is set at $ 45, is used to finance the deficit in the budget, and it is also used in the investment budget,” pointing out that “it is not possible. Creating job grades only through a new budget.[/size]
