    Today, Monday, the Federal Integrity Commission announced that it had thwarted a major operation to tamper with the priorities of real estate worth tens of billions of dinars in Najaf Governorate, noting that four suspects had been arrested.


    The Commission's Investigation Department, while talking about the details of the seizure process, which was carried out based on a judicial seizure memorandum, stated in a statement received by Alsumaria News, "A team from the Commission's investigation office in Najaf Governorate, after moving to the Najaf municipality, was able to: Seizing books of appreciation for (135) properties located in distinct locations in the governorate, with the real signatures of the accused, who in turn exerted pressure, for the purpose of giving an issuer to those books.






    The department added, "Four of those involved in the manipulation process were arrested, and after preliminary investigations, it was found that the books were incorrect and were organized based on fictitious and incorrect priorities for these real estate, and also seized bonds, records, and real estate maps accompanying those books, which also turned out to be incorrect." Fake)".
    And she pointed out that "the value of those properties that have been tampered with and returned to the municipality and preserved is estimated at (20,000,000) billion Iraqi dinars."


    The circuit indicated that, "a fundamental arrest report of the process and its details was organized, and presented, together with the accused and the seized documents, to the competent investigative judge, in order to legally certify their statements and issue the appropriate decisions against them."

    On the twenty-second of last April, the authority announced that it had thwarted the process of transferring the ownership of a property in a privileged location belonging to the municipality of Najaf, with a false transaction, valued at half a billion dinars, pointing out that it had revealed forgery in the registration photos and official books issued by the municipality and real estate registration of the governorate.
