[rtl]Basra / NINA / - Minister of Oil Ihsan Abdul-Jabbar inspected today, Friday, the Basra Natural Gas Liquefaction Plant (BNGL) in the Basra Gas Company in the North Rumaila site to see the latest developments in the work in it.
The Minister discussed with the company's technical team the latest developments and details related to the project and the percentage of completion for the gas processing units in the plant.
The Minister of Oil said: Gas investment projects have become an urgent necessity in Iraq to contribute directly to maximizing the use of the country's hydrocarbon resources, pointing to Iraq's need for cleaner energy.
He added, "The Basra Gas Company is still a leading company in this field, and it treats the associated gas that was burning and turns it into energy for the need for it day after day."/ End
