And the ministry's spokesman, Ahmed Al-Abadi, told Al-Furat News, "The ministry is currently working on preparing a plan for next summer, and proceeding with the implementation of electrical connection projects and solar buoys projects."
"The ministry's plan is large and feasible, and we need a fuel plan, financial support and decisions to implement it," he added.
Al-Abadi stressed, "The need now exists for the supplied gas, and if its decline continues, it will affect the supply of energy and the work of the system."
And between "a set of determinants of contracts and protocols with Iran, and the continuation of the ministry's moves in cooperation with the Ministerial Energy Councils and the Ministry of Oil to complete the plans for summer and energy saving."
