The State of Law coalition revealed, on Monday, the possibility of choosing an alternative to Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani, the candidate for the coordination framework to head the next government.
The representative of the state of law, Ahmed Al-Fawaz, said in a television interview followed by / Mawazine News / that the political conflict requires that all forces bear the responsibility to open the door for dialogue, calling on the political forces to initiate the formation of a service government that is responsible for approving the federal budget.
Al-Fawaz pointed out that the formation of a transitional government with full powers to restore bridges of confidence with the citizen and ensure the success of the democratic process.
He added, "The Kurdish forces must resolve the issue of choosing the president of the republic in a consensual way or through the political space."
Al-Fawaz stressed that the framework candidate for prime minister is Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, noting that the political process cannot depend on a specific person.
He continued, "The choice of an alternative to the Sudanese is debatable and subject to viewpoints in the interest of the Iraqi people." Ended 29/R77
