The head of the Al-Rafd Center for Strategic Studies, Abbas al-Jubouri, revealed, on Friday, that the Kurdish and Sunni forces did not move towards forming a government until after they set conditions to achieve their interests, pointing out that the two components sought to be present in the parliamentary and government formation in order to ensure the dissolution of the House of Representatives in the future.
Al-Jubouri said, "The Kurds and Sunnis have set conditions on the coordination framework in order to proceed with forming the new government, and on this basis, Barzani and Al-Halbousi sat down to discuss the political process."
He added that "the Kurds set 7 conditions and wanted pledges, as well as the case for the Sunni parties, which also set 13 conditions to come to the coordination framework after discussions and pledges to meet what they want."
And he indicated that "there are political balances that must exist between the three components, and therefore there are dialogues in order for the blocs of the Sunni and Kurdish components to be present in the House of Representatives, in order to ensure its dissolution in the future." finished 25
