The representative of the State of Law Coalition, Thaer al-Jubouri, confirmed that Parliament will start its legislative recess on the ninth of this month, pointing out that the parliamentary committees have been informed to continue their work to resolve draft laws.
Al-Jubouri said, "The legislative recess will start on December 9, and the term will not be extended again, as Parliament will have a one-month recess from the aforementioned date after it extended its work for a month."
He added, "Parliamentary committees will continue their work and meetings, as everyone has been informed to continue working in order to activate their work and continue to study and discuss the laws that come from them through the presidency of the Council and what is issued by them towards the ministries."
