The head of the National Coalition, Iyad Allawi, identified the reasons for the deterioration of the service situation in the country.
Allawi said in a statement, "The course of the current political process produced a bitter reality that was negatively reflected in all its repercussions on the Iraqi citizen, which was revealed by the current wave of rain that flooded the homes and streets of Iraqis until it became apparent in the winter, as is the case with the power outages in the summer."
He continued, "The mismanagement, the absence of accountability, monitoring, and accurate handling of the corruption file, the prevalence of political sectarianism, and the continued adoption of quotas, are the main reasons that led to this service deterioration, which should be paid." attention to and work immediately for to correct the course of the political process and create an environment for the citizen to feel its positive repercussions on his daily reality.[/rtl]
