    The government service and engineering effort team announced, on Wednesday, the inclusion of a plan at a cost of 600 billion dinars in the 2023 budget, including all governorates, while it revealed development projects for the one-lane external roads of the capital, Baghdad.
    The head of the team, Jaber Al-Hassani, said, "The service effort presented a service plan that includes all Iraqi governorates," noting that "the plan costs 600 billion dinars and was included in the budget."
    With regard to external road projects, Al-Hassani confirmed that "there are projects for all single-lane external roads, including the Baghdad-Kirkuk road," noting that "the road will include 4 sections."
    He added, "All single-lane roads are covered by rehabilitation, development and expansion works to be two-lane."
