The Public Retirement Authority has issued instructions to grant the pension share to the successor of the deceased employee or pensioner to the daughter or sister (widow or divorced).
The authority stated in a press statement that the authority relied on the decisions of the Board of Audit of Retirement Cases and the Federal Court of Cassation to grant the pension share to the successor of the deceased employee or retiree to the daughter and sister (widow or divorced).
She added that the instructions stipulated that the daughter (widow or divorced) be granted the retirement share on behalf of her deceased retired father, after fulfilling the conditions stipulated in Article (26) Clause (Second) of the Unified Retirement Law No. (9) of 2014, which stipulated (the successor’s entitlement to the share). Pension, provided that he does not receive a job salary or a retirement salary, and he does not have a private resource, profession, or work in the private sector) and Paragraph (b) of the same article that stipulates (the daughter or sister if she is not married to a husband and does not have a legitimate breadwinner).
The instructions also included granting the sister (widow or divorced) the retirement share after fulfilling the conditions stipulated in the provisions of Article (26) item (first / paragraph / f) of the above retirement law, which stipulated (the brother or sister if the deceased was single and his parents died) in addition For the fulfillment of the conditions mentioned in paragraph (1) above, provided that a judicial decision is submitted by the competent authorities stipulating that the son should not support his mother and the brother for his sister according to what was specified by the law, in addition to the fulfillment of the eligibility conditions stipulated in the provisions of the aforementioned articles in the Unified Retirement Law No. (9) of the year 2014

In its statement, the authority emphasized work and full compliance with the content of its instructions, stressing at the same time the availability of the will and sincere intention to take strict and deterrent measures against the weak of souls.
