Member of Parliament Yusef Al-Kalabi said, on Wednesday, that Iraq is facing an "enormous" challenge represented by sand and dust storms, stressing the need to activate cooperation at the global and regional levels in this regard.

Al-Kalabi added, in a post followed by “NAS” (July 12, 2023), that cooperation would prevent sand and dust storms, deal with them, and mitigate their effects by improving early warning systems and exchanging information related to climate and weather.
