[rtl]Baghdad / NINA / Today, Monday, the Ministry of Agriculture held a meeting to prepare a draft law for the Agricultural Risk Insurance Fund.
The Ministry stated in a statement, “The meeting, which was held in the presence of a representative of the Prime Minister’s Office, the Director General of the Ministry’s Legal Department, the Director General of the National Insurance Company, and a number of members of the committee preparing the draft Insurance Fund Law, aims to address matters related to the financial process outside the budget restrictions.” .
The Ministry’s Administrative Undersecretary stated, “The Agricultural Risk Insurance Fund depends on the contributions of beneficiaries from farmers, breeders, users of modern technology and irrigation techniques, and those who apply occupational safety conditions.”
While a representative of the Prime Minister’s Office explained: “Insurance premiums are paid by the farmer and breeder, and in the event of losses to them, payment is made through the support fund and according to the controls and conditions.”/ End 11[/rtl]
