Effective steps to control real estate prices

Various government agencies have doubled their efforts to control real estate prices, after they witnessed unprecedented increases.
Housing expert Ikram Abdul Aziz explained to Al-Sabah that expanding the granting of loans to build or buy residential units, or granting loans to investors, is a positive thing that will lead to putting an end to the growth of real estate prices in Baghdad
and the governorates.
