Today, Wednesday, the representative of the Finance Committee, Mustafa Jabbar Sand, commented on the issue of smuggling oil in Kirkuk to the Kara Refinery in the region.
Sand indicated in a post on the "X" platform, followed by Mawazine News, that a force from Baghdad arrested four people accused of smuggling oil in Kirkuk, adding sarcastically: "No, there is no smuggling."
