[rtl]Baghdad / NINA / The Accounting Department of the Ministry of Finance has started working with the electronic issuance health system using (QR code) in its daily dealings.
The ministry explained in a statement that: "With regard to the (financing platform), the response to inquiries from spending units for the financing process in ministries, governorates and entities not affiliated with the ministry is currently limited."
It added: "This comes within the framework of the government's orientation to simplify government procedures and reduce time and effort, in addition to reducing administrative momentum in institutions, and moving away from paper transactions." / End9[/rtl]
