    BAGHDAD / .. Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari, during a meeting with the President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, that what Iraq is going through the exceptional circumstance requires States to provide humanitarian and military aid, as a humane act against Daash gangs.

    The statement quoted al-Jaafari confirmed that "there are many opportunities can be invested in mutual interests and expertise in various fields," he said, adding that "Iraq is a rich country, and are available in which to climb all the possibilities, but it is going through exceptional circumstances require States to provide humanitarian assistance, and services, The military as a humane act against Daash gangs that includes terrorists from 62 countries from around the world. "


    He pointed out that "the armed forces and the popular crowd, today investigating major victories in the war against Daash terrorist gangs that began defeated in areas that were controlled."
    Jaafari pointed to "the political process of democratic direction that achieves participation of the Iraqi people in the House of Representatives and the government and work in a spirit of harmony and complementarity of roles to provide security and stability, prosperity of Iraq."
     
    For his part, the President of the Republic of Belarus, according to the statement, "the insistence of his country to strengthen relations with Iraq, especially with the existence of opportunities for trade and investment, and exchange of expertise in various fields," praising "the efforts of Iraq in its war against Daash terrorist," explaining that "his country will support Iraq through humanitarian aid."
     
    Jaafari arrived last Wednesday, the Belarusian capital, Minsk, on top of a government delegation on an official visit of several days.

"
