    Advisor to Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki in the absence of any new
    agreement between the Iraqi and Kuwaiti Government on border demarcation
    between the two countries, noting that Ward is the application of UN
    Security Council resolution 338 of 1994 is binding on Iraq.

    said Fadhil Mohammed Jawad, told journalists, "any new agreement does
    not exist between the Iraqi and Kuwaiti Government regarding the

    Iraq border pillars and Kuwait with Iraqi officials and Kuwaiti
    nationals.
