Franck said the whole Iraq [in], "I am with the adoption
of the amnesty law and the accountability and Justice Act be amended to
resolve the problems, because the country needed to end the crisis and
at the same time should not be at the expense of victims."

should be a law to outlaw the Baath party and sectarian" movements,
adding that the amnesty law would solve a lot of problems, especially

The Special
