    Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Ammar Tuma, of the Parliamentary Security and Defense Committee underestimated the importance of the decision of changing the commands of the security operations in efforts of sustaining security.

    He stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “Through evaluating the security situation, we understand that the reason behind the recent security deterioration is political and the security operations command will not help to sustain security because selecting the security commanders is based on personal experience rather than plans or priorities.”

    “The way of dealing with the security situation was based on monopoly aspect depending on the military means which is useless because the disturbed security situation is caused by the political disputes,” he added, noting that “Some political stances create sectarian conflict in Iraq where the politicians are disputing to hinder the government.”
