By the way this article or same type of article is just about 7 days old. There's 2 of them here that resembles this. I'll merge them.... Merged ..., so now look at the date in the first article, It's June 1st.

Not to worry everyone, we are still on track. Keep the news coming but please try to search the threads first before posting as things can get confusing to others. Thanks again everyone!

Yeah I agree and this report is a repeat of others yet it omits some of the other important items like paying out in one lump sum and lets not forget the idea of a bilateral agreement to dispose of the impact of chapter VII even if they decide to continue the current payout schedule ending in 2015....

That's the plan IMO or there wouldn't be this fanfare of news reports reciting the meeting over and over and everyone ought to consider this, if Iraq was going to drag their Arse to 2015 explain to me why there was such a hurry up to complete the border on time [March 2013]?

Nope they have a plan to settle all of it now just like Maliki said [In principle it's already settled] besides Kuwait wants it all done before Maliki leaves office anyway which means this year.

So in conclusion the only way 2015 fits such a model is if a bilateral agreement has been forged under the precepts of Chapter VI thus removing all restrictions on Iraq. Only under those conditions does it make sense to make the big deal Zebari, the PM of Kuwait and Kuna news agency have made out of the meeting and agreements entered into last week.
