    Baghdad
(IBA). Economic expert said a smeisim, that Iraq does not have
specialized banks on theme all banks and specialized government running
    one without benefit.

Smeisim said in a statement to the
independent press agency (IBA): multiple banks large burden on the
banking sector and the Government as a result of a single work but many
managers and staff who make up the burden on the State budget.

"All banking laws outdated and incompatible with the change in Iraq's economy to a free market economy."

    "There
is no distinction in functions and banking service between all
specialized governmental banks makes their integration under the name of
one bank much better than multiple nationality under the names of
Directors multiple staff constitute a significant burden on the State
    budget.

Confirmed: that the Iraqi banking sector need to two
things first, review and enactment of new banks and secondly to
reconsider the structure of banks to build a new economy.

    Smeisim
said: that all banks are merged together through their work and through
developed and linked to the Ministry of finance but the difference lies
in the multiple pay managers and staff leading to slouch in
administrative and administrative managers and many more State burdens
as a result of failure to submit a new order for the banking
    sector.(End)
