    he added thirsty that " the cultivation of rice , was confined to the seed just to keep the strain of this crop , " noting that "water scarcity that has happened in the northern areas of the province the impact on thesustainability of agriculture in the presence of the large space that revives the economy of the province if exploited properly . "He thirsty that" the delayed payment of dues during the past three seasons , the scarcity of water in the river contributed to decline in the agricultural situation and forced the peasants slice to look for other work , "and urged" the central government to intervene and rapid recovery of the agricultural reality of completely eliminating import phenomenon . "
