    MPs called for Basra on Saturday, to investigate a "waste of public money and suspicions of corruption" in the collection of imports of the border to maintain ports, (590 km south of Baghdad), stressing that this resulted because the import levy to be 600 million dinars instead of four billion, in a month ports.

    For his part, member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee for the province of Basra, Jabbar al-Abadi, said in an interview to the (long-Presse), said that there is "a waste by 80 percent, Paljbaah own House of Basra province, amounting to one percent," stressing that "it has to be imported to maintain 600 million dinars instead of four billions within one month of a border crossing points, something that requires investigation so wastage of public money. "
