Iraqi Oil Minister Ali Jabbar Luaibi said his country should be exempt with production constraints because of the war being waged in the face of the organization Daesh.
He said in an interview with journalists that Iraq was engaged in a fierce war, adding that he should be relieved of the country such as Nigeria and Libya.
