[ltr]The Iraqi Oil Ministry said on Thursday it had decided to defer licensing round for the development and production of small and medium of November 30 November to the middle of next year fields, with Oil Minister Jabbar Ali Allaibi Gazprom Russian company to achieve an increase in production rates field Badra[/ltr]
