Decisions of the Council of Ministers meeting No. 35 on 08/13/2013[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
The Council of Ministers held its thirty-fifth regular meeting in Baghdad on Tuesday, 13 August 2013, headed by Prime Minister Nouri Kamel al-Maliki issued the following decisions of the Council:
1. approval of the draft law on economic reform, Federal auditor by the State Council, and submitted it to the Council of representatives, based on the provisions of articles (61/item first and 80/item 2) of the Constitution.
2. approval of the draft law amending the law on judicial organization no. 160 of 1979, Checker by the State Council, and submitted it to the Council of representatives, based on the provisions of articles (61/item first and 80/item 2) of the Constitution, taking into account the opinion of the legal service in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.
3. (I) as of the month of Muharram (lunar Hijri), Islamic day against violence against women.
4. approval of mayati:
– The Ministry of Finance of the Shiite Endowment credit/upper threshold Secretariat sacred $ 100 billion (100,000,000,000), for the purpose of satisfying the threshold mentioned their commitments regarding the project astmlakat the upper threshold.
-Subtract the above amount of advance of the amounts to be allocated to the threshold when the increase in revenue from crude oil exports source during the first six months of this year, based on the provisions of article (16/item II/paragraph) from the federal budget law for the year the objects/2013.
5. conduct an advance (21) billion dinars for the year 2013 to Maysan province on the installment amount of petrodollars – being free for three years.

The highlighted part underlined tells us some very good news. We are cooking with gasoline now. This was one of the things left the UN required them to do. Economic reforms law.
