    The Minister of Oil Jabbar al-Allaibi on Friday, the ministry's keenness to speed up the rehabilitation of pipeline pipeline from the oil fields of Kirkuk to the Turkish port of Ceyhan through the provinces of Salah al-Din and Nineveh.

    The ministry confirmed that the engineering and technical teams formed by the companies concerned will soon conclude studies and surveys of the pipeline and the results achieved, in order to accelerate the completion of the pipeline and the resumption of oil exports prepared by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. President of oil exports through Ceyhan.

    The statement added that Al-Liibi sent a message to his Turkish counterpart, which praised the position of the Turkish government and its keenness to develop bilateral relations and expand the horizons of cooperation between the two countries, especially in the oil and energy sector.

    Al-Luaibi said the oil marketing company SOMO is the only entity authorized to manage the marketing of oil through the port of Ceyhan, and does not allow any other party to control and export oil from the oil fields in Kirkuk and other Iraqi provinces.
