This requires the hard work of the concerned authorities. After that, joint working teams will be formed from all concerned departments to reduce the housing crisis. As for the increase in the population in Iraq, this requires the government to reduce the unemployment rate by encouraging private sector employment after issuing The Social Security Law, as well as the encouragement of education through the government support of the learner by granting him an advance or any other credit facility.It is also necessary to coordinate with the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, which is responsible for this by introducing them in training courses or teaching them useful careers for their future and building an illiterate Iraq. If we look at one of the experiences that we are experiencing in a continuous increase, And a half-billion with the regulation of social life in China by encouraging private sector work and government support, in addition to the absence of factory or factory in the city center as well as the continuous work to build a strong economy by encouraging national industry, especially craftsmanship. And here should be reviewed the urban map of the city of Baghdad and the actual and serious work to build housing units and prices compete with neighboring countries to overcome the housing crisis and revive this vital sector.
