BAGHDAD / NINA / A parliamentary source, from inside the meetings of the parliamentary blocs, declared that the discussions on the electoral law reached an agreement to adopt the elections law in accordance with the open list and multiple Constituencies.
The source said in a statement to the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / that : " the participants in the meetings of the parliamentary blocs , which was held today and still ongoing agreed on the elections law according to the open list and multiple Constituencies." Adding "But there is still disagreement about the demand for the Kurdistan Alliance on increasing the seats allocated to the province. "
He explained: "The Kurdistan Alliance demanded six additional seats for the region, and this demand refused by the Iraqiya coalition and the National Alliance.
