    [rtl]BAGHDAD - A member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee revealed on Monday the inclusion of the most important proposals in the budget plan in 2018, including the grades of the liberated provinces.[/rtl]
    [rtl]A member of the Finance Committee, Jabbar Abadi, said in an interview that "the most important proposals included in the draft budget in 2018 degrees job for the liberated provinces," noting that "can not include any proposal for the Kurds to boycott the meetings of the Finance Committee."[/rtl]
    [rtl]"The meetings of the Finance Committee will resume on Tuesday, to resolve the proposals that will be added and voted in the Committee and is likely to be submitted to the House of Representatives for a vote at Wednesday's session or the next sessions and this depends on what we reached during the meeting."[/rtl]
    [rtl]He pointed out that "the proposals included in the oil producing provinces and their share of the increase in oil prices and revenues of the border crossings, the abolition of the draft salary deduction, and continue to allowances and promotions, and the demands of the liberated provinces and stop the fulfillment of the benefits of loans for a certain period.[/rtl]
    [rtl]He pointed out that "these loans were for the material of peasants destroyed during the presence of the dads and their degrees of employment that have not been exploited the past period because of events."[/rtl]
    [rtl]Abadi pointed out that "about 60 to 70% of the requests of the liberated provinces were agreed upon and included as proposals for a draft law." He pointed out that "the Kurds boycotted the meetings of the Committee, therefore can not include any idea or proposal includes their proposals for their absence."[/rtl]
    [rtl]The Prime Minister Haider Abadi, recently, delayed the adoption of the budget that aims to embarrass the government, describing the reasons for non-recognition as "unconvincing."[/rtl]
    [rtl]The parliamentary Finance Committee confirmed that the approval of the financial budget law for the current year will be extended to the month of July, noting that the possibility of approving the budget before the elections.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The decision of the Finance Committee of Parliament, recently, the government responsibility for delaying the adoption of the general budget for 2018, stressing that the government delayed sending the budget to the House of Representatives, which was scheduled to send on October 10, but was sent on 30/201/2017 and thus delayed approval generally.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The House of Representatives ended its consultative session, which was held during his legislative holiday, early last month to discuss the federal budget 2018, while the Presidency decided to refer the draft budget to the parliamentary financial committee to prepare a final version and presented in another extraordinary session.[/rtl]
