"The reinstatement of President Trump's imposition of sanctions on Iran is aimed at stifling the dictatorial ayatollahs system and changing it," Giuliani told the NCRI conference in France.
He praised President Trump's withdrawal from Iran's nuclear deal, which he described as dangerous.
"Now that we can see the end of the regime in Iran, when the greatest economic power stops dealing with you commercially, it will fall apart and the sanctions will become greater and greater. The time for change in Iran is now," he said, hoping to hold the conference next year in Tehran.
