Housing and Construction Planning to Build New Cities in Iraq
Housing and Construction Minister Benkeen Rikani unveiled a government plan to build new cities in Iraq.
"The ministry is in the process of completing the acquisition of land for the purpose of planning and starting distributing it with a new system that will benefit the citizens and enable municipalities to provide basic services such as water, electricity, roads and sanitation," Rikani said on his Facebook page.
"The plan of the ministry depends on the expansion of the construction of cities with all services and modern designs, so that we can distribute land to various segments, for those with low income and middle income and citizens who are able to purchase large areas, with urban planning provides all the infrastructure and commercial services and others Citizens ".
