    During his meeting with a group of organizational leaders of the National Wisdom Movement, Mr. Ammar al-Hakim explained, "In Mosul, al-Hadba, the nature of the reformist wisdom project, conscious obedience, unity in class, not engaging in side strife, openness to all, and giving priority to the national discourse over any side discourse."
    He said that "reform projects need convinced campaigners so that they can convince people of them, and they are often strange and subject to distortion and falsification, but soon their correctness and the correctness of their goals become clear."
    Mr. Ammar Al-Hakim called for "propagating the language of optimism, focusing on the positives, and leaving the language of complaining and groaning," noting that "solutions need initiators who are able to put forward initiatives and change their way of thinking."
