    Council of Ministers announce decisions thirtieth regular session in 2014
    Cabinet held its regular thirtieth in Baghdad today (Tuesday, August 5, 2014), headed by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, issued by the Council and the following decisions:

    1 - to approve the donation productive vehicles, trucks, machinery and used equipment belonging to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, ministries and departments not associated with the Ministry of surplus and usable to the Ministry of Defense for the purposes of the Commission on the crowd national problem under it Diwani No. 47 of 2014, according to the provisions of paragraph (b) of the the provisions of Article (5) of the Implementing Regulations of the federal budget for 2013, and constitute technical committees in each ministry and institution holds the inventory of those mechanisms and submitted to the Ministry of Defense and the Committee shall follow the crowd above implementation steps.

    2 - 1 / assigning the Ministries of Commerce, Industry and minerals processing relief committees, including the displaced need of food and relief materials and drinking water from the Ministry of Industry to take charge of the Ministry of Displacement and Migration coordination with the ministries for the purpose mentioned.
    2 / authorization of the Higher Committee in charge of harboring and aid displaced exception authorizing the validity of budget execution instructions and instructions for the implementation of government contracts and to authorize the Commission mentioned this authority to subcommittees.

    3 - 1 / approve the inclusion of aircrew military mentioned in the article (51 / III / B) of the law of service and military retirement (3) for the year 2010 they both (the pilot or navigator, or the fighter or the fridge or engineer or technical) who has a seat in one of the planes the Air Force fighter, transport and helicopter allocation of risk (50%) of the nominal salary, according to the provisions of Article 15 of the Law on salaries of state employees and the public sector No. (22) of 2008, as amended, and regardless of hometown given cut Residential Land exception.
    2 / This Resolution shall be from the date of 06.10.2014.

    4 - Approval of the amendment to paragraph (3) of the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (328) for the year 2014, according to the following formula:
    - The Ministry of Finance secured the amount of (500,000,000,000) dinars, only five hundred billion dinars, to the committee formed under the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (328) for the year 2014 in the form of an advance urgent, for the purpose of relief and sheltering displaced families as a result of the terrorist attacks, provided that the settlement amount Advance aforementioned later from the allocations of the federal budget for the coming fiscal year 2015 /.

    5 - 1 / approve the request of the provincial council in Karbala and applications that fall within the validity of the province, especially in paragraphs (1.2) of the resolution within the limits prescribed for the maintenance allocations in the budget.
    2 / to instruct the provincial council identify cases where the exception to the instructions of the budget and the Implementing Regulations of the contracts.
    3 / reject the request contained in paragraph (4) because the National Safety Law to Aikhol conservatives such authority.
