Baghdad Operations Command announced today, Tuesday, the closure of 8 travel companies and brokerage offices in violation of the Karkh side of the capital.
The command stated in a statement received by "Al-Eqtisad News" that "our security forces, represented by the Second Division of the Federal Police, in cooperation with detachments from (the National Security Service, the Security Directorate/Tourism), were able to close (8) companies and a number of unlicensed offices and arrest eight of their owners for violating the controls and conditions in force, according to a formal closure report within the areas of (Al-Hurriya, Al-Dula'i, Al-Jami'a neighborhood) on the Karkh side."
She added, "The violators were referred to the relevant authorities to take the necessary measures against them."
