[rtl]Baghdad / NINA / Minister of Trade Athir Dawood Al-Ghariri chaired a meeting of the Central Performance Evaluation Committee to review the performance evaluation according to international standards for the ministry's employees and identify areas that need improvement, in addition to discussing future work plans to enhance efficiency and achieve strategic goals.
Minister Al-Ghariri stressed during the meeting, after the committee reviewed the international standards it adopted in performance evaluation, the importance of continuing efforts to improve work efficiency and achieve the set goals.
At the same time, the minister stressed the need to adhere to professional standards and enhance cooperation between various departments to achieve better results.
The Minister pointed out that "the standards and indicators recorded by the committee are very important, as they are an essential tool for measuring performance and achieving continuous improvement," noting "the need to benefit from these indicators in developing policies and procedures to achieve the ministry's goals more effectively."
At the end of the meeting, the Minister issued a number of directives to achieve the committee's tasks "holding a workshop to explain the standards and approved ones in performance evaluation and clarifying the evidence required by the Quality Department management, and adopting a modern mechanism to survey employee satisfaction with senior leadership in each formation of the ministry's formations, and directives were given to adopt the scientific approach in preparing annual plans for the ministry's formations in addition to adopting smart goals and using specialists in this field." / End H[/rtl]
