Shafaq News/ The Norwegian company DNO announced its oil production, profits and revenues in the second quarter of 2024 from the Fishkhabur and Tawke fields. These profits in the mentioned period amounted to 35 million US dollars.
DNO produced an average of 79,783 barrels of oil per day in the Kurdistan Region’s oil fields in the second quarter of this year, an increase of 5 percent compared to the first quarter of this year 2024.
The company said it produced an average of 49,099 barrels of oil per day in the Fishkhabur field, and 30,684 barrels of oil in the Tawke field, but no production in the Bashiqa field.
The selling price of one barrel of oil to local traders from the two fields reached $30.
In the second quarter, the company reported total revenue of $137 million and profits of $35 million.
