The inspection committees at the Ministry of Culture have closed 400 “unlicensed” tourism companies.
The Director of the Tourism Groups Department at the Ministry’s Tourism Authority, Mahdi Ghadhban Al-Saadi, explained to “Al-Sabah” that “the committee responsible for monitoring and closing unofficial travel and tourism companies has recently been updated, in cooperation with the National Security Service, and legal measures have been taken against them.”
