Nechirvan Barzani, Vice President of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, praised on Sunday the patience of the Kurdish people in enduring hardships, pointing to the achievements of the “Party” in the advancement of the Kurdistan Region.[/size]
[size=45]“Today we gather here for the election campaign under the torch of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. The story of the Kurdish people and the Barty has become an inseparable twin, it has been a force against the oppressive regime for freedom, democracy and justice,” said Nechirvan Barzani, deputy chairman of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, in a speech at an election ceremony in Erbil.[/size]
[size=45]He added, "Our path was not easy in the past. We are not without problems now, and we will not be without problems in the near and distant future. This is the path of life."[/size]
[size=45]He pointed out that “other people and other parties are struggling to reach the level of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. We, as a party, have taken Kurdistan to a more advanced stage, and we must protect the achievements of the Kurdistan Regional Government since 1992.”[/size]
