Said Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, said that the significant decline of oil prices makes the fight against the organization "Daash" the most difficult, attributing the cause to the high costs paid by the state for processing, arming and financing operations, as explained that what remains of Iraq is $ 13 for every barrel of oil.
Ebadi said in an interview with journalist Christiane Amanpour for "CNN", "if able to deduct the cost of producing a barrel of oil, what is left for us is only $ 13, and we have to maintain the continuity of the war against Daash at the same time we maintain the functioning of the economy in the country ".
And the face of the Iraqi prime minister thanked Kuwait for its contribution to $ 200 million for the reconstruction of areas devastated by organizing Daash, at a time when Iraq did not reach any other financial or military assistance from countries in the region.
