    The Committee on Culture and Information announced that the parliamentary seats there is a tendency to shut down Iraqi cultural clubs abroad.
    The Deputy Chairman of the Committee covenants Fadhli told (Journal): "Those clubs Tkhl state budget millions of dollars, without providing cultural or diplomatic interest of Iraq in countries that are in it."
    She explained that "there are some politicians who exploit departments such cultural clubs in their favor and install close to them the benefit of the Iraqi people's money," and pointed out that "these clubs can not continue through 2016 and Iraq is facing a reduction in salaries and austerity at all levels because of lower oil prices."
