    He appealed to the Attorney Haitham al-Jubouri, the cleric Moqtada al-Sadr to withdraw demonstrators from Baghdad's Green Zone, warning of the collapse of the state as called for the formation of a new government of national out-of-quota parties.
    Jubouri said he appeals to the chest, "the demonstrators to withdraw from the Green Zone for fear of uncontrollable things and the collapse of the state."
    Jubouri stressed "the need to seek to form a complete new government of national out-of-quota parties."
